Kouvr Annon used to be one of Hype House’s fittest residents. If you look at her previous workout, you’ll notice that she did a lot of things, including going to the gym every day. Her fit days consisted of going dancing, doing yoga a few times a week, and working out in the gym, where she trained her lower body and core extensively every day.

Just working out takes up two to three hours of her day, and Kouvr isn’t doing as much as she used to. Her current workout routine consists of relaxing and staying active. It’s fine because she appears to be content with it, so I don’t see why others should be disappointed. You know, if you want to look good, you should take care of yourself; why are you blaming others for your weight gain?

Look, everyone has the right to stay in whatever shape they want, and you should respect that right. If you don’t like how they look right now, unfollow them and leave them alone; why do you have to be so cruel? Even though most of you will continue to do so, I will give you the workout that Annon used to do when she was in better shape. So, stick to this workout and get in shape for yourself.

Start your workout with 30 to 50 minutes of dancing; don’t just bounce around on your own; take a class or watch a dance video. This routine will increase your flexibility, improve your cardio, and eventually help you become a better dancer. If you can’t dance, try a cardio workout such as running, biking, or swimming.


She used to do yoga and workout, and she has stated in interviews that she enjoyed it. If you want to look like her, include a yoga workout in your weekly routine at least three times.
