Kilcher Genealogy
Kilcher was of Swiss descent. The first member of the family to set foot on American soil was Yule Kilcher, who was born in 1913 and died in 1998. In 1936, as the stakes for the Second World War were rising, he left Switzerland and traveled to America. Ruth Weber, in the meantime, is able to board the final 1941 ship sailing from Switzerland to America. When they got there, they got married. A total of eight children were born to the marriage. Six daughters: Wurtilla Hepp, Fay Graham, Catkin Kilcher Burton, Stellavera Kilcher, Mossy Kilcher, and Sunrise Sjoeberg, together with two sons: Atz and Otto Kilcher.
Atz and Otto Kilcher, the first generation, continue the legacy with their offspring and grandkids. While Otto has three Kilchers—Eivin, Levi, and August—Atz Kilcher has four—Shane, Atz Lee, Jewel, and Nikos Kilcher.
Atz Kilcher lineage
On September 2, 1947, Atz Kilcher was born in Homer, Alaska. He is the oldest of his parents Yule and Ruth Weber’s eight children. Atz’s parents taught him how to survive on a property as a child. Even Atz had to gather coal for firewood due to the lack of modern facilities. Atz and his siblings would use songs and stories to pass the time. Atz is a singer and musician. His mother Ruth had a lovely voice and instilled a love of music in her children. Apple, it seems, didn’t fall too far from the tree.
From his first marriage to Lenedra Carroll, Atz Kilcher has three children: Shane, Atz Lee, and Jewel Kilcher. From his relationship with Linda, he also has a son named Nikos Kilcher. Atz is currently wed to Bonnie Dupree; she had two children from her first marriage, who perished from the illness.
Otto Kilcher Genealogy
Yule and Ruth Kilcher welcomed their sixth child, Otto, into the world in 1952. From a young age, he was fascinated with mechanical tinkering and figuring out how things worked. It’s not surprising that he learned to maintain machinery at a young age.
August Kilcher, Eivin, and Levi are Otto’s three children. There are no children between him and his first wife, Olga Von Ziegesar. Otto had two kids, Eivin and Levi Kilcher, after getting married to his second wife, Sharon Mackemie. Charlotte Kilcher, Otto’s third wife, and their son August Kilcher are now married.
Charlotte has not disclosed anything about her former husband. But she was also the mother of Torrey, his son.
Shane Kilcher’s genealogy
The family television program “Alaska The Last Frontier” made reality TV performer Shane Kilcher famous. He was the eldest child and the May 5, 1971, birthdate of Atz Kilcher and Lenedra Carroll. Shane weds Kelli Ware Kilcher, his high school sweetheart. The couple has four children altogether: Keena Tarik, Jareth, Reid, and Jenna Kilcher.
Jewel Kilcher’s lineage
American singer-songwriter, guitarist, producer, actress, novelist, and poet Jewel Kilcher also writes poetry. She was the second child born to Atz Kilcher and Lenedra Carroll on May 23, 1974. Jewel elevates the family’s musical fame to a whole new level; she has been nominated for four Grammy Awards and has sold more than 30 million records worldwide. She spent almost six years with pro rodeo cowboy Ty Murray as her husband. Kase Townes Murray, a son she has from the connection, is hers. Jewel isn’t dating anyone right now.
Atz Lee Kilcher Genealogy
Atz Kilcher and Lenedra Carroll welcomed their third child, Atz Lee, into the world on August 26, 1977. His family TV program “Alaska The Last Frontier” made him a famous TV personality. He has been wed to Jane Kilcher, who appears on the show, for more than ten years. They have been married for a long time, yet they have never had children. Atz and Jane both have children from their ex-partner, Piper and Etienne Kilcher, respectively.
Nikos Kilcher Genealogy
Atz Kilcher and Linda had their youngest child, Nikos, on March 7, 1984. Although there is no information about Nikos’s mother, we do know that Linda was in Atz’s life before his present wife Bonnie Dupree. Kate Kilcher is Nikos’ wife. Born on March 6th, 1983, and raised in Alaska is Eivin Kilcher. Otto Kilcher and his second wife, Sharon Mackie, are his parents. Along with other members of the Kilcher family, he is a cast member of the Discovery TV program “Alaska The Last Frontier.” Eivin’s father taught him the skill of maintaining machines and equipment. He performs landscaping around the homestead and performs soil work using large machinery like backhoes and excavators. The same as his mechanic father Otto Kilcher, he is a “jack of all trades.”
Eve Matkins, a friend from their youth, is the wife of Eivin. Findlay Farenorth Kilcher, a son, was born on November 24, 2013, and Sparrow Rose Kilcher, a daughter, were both born to them (Born on September 28, 2015).
Levi Kilcher’s Ancestors
The oldest child of Otto Kilcher and Sharon Mackie, Levi Kilcher was born on March 9, 1981. Levi is an explorer and scientist who works on NREL’s site characterization and assessment of ocean energy resource activities. In addition to his job, he also appears in Alaska: The Last Frontier, a Kilcher family program. He is married to his wife Jessie and the couple have a baby named Jade.

The only child and youngest of Otto Kilcher and his third wife Charlotte Kilcher is August Kilcher. In Alaska, August was born in 1997. He grew up surrounded by Alaska’s untamed landscape and was also aware of the difficulties that the state’s harsh winters may bring. He was interested in acting as a child, and his singing voice is good, which may be because the Kilcher family has a musical heritage. Both August Kilcher and his children are single.
