Theresa and Lamar have five children: Maximillian and LB Roemer, two sons, and Lauren, Tashina, and Leslie, three daughters.

Theresa did not get where she is now by chance, having come from humble beginnings.
She was a general manager of a health club and taught aerobics in her early years. She was able to purchase her gym in 1995 after saving enough money.
