Workout Routine for Sasuke

Sasuke is one of the most memorable characters in both the Naruto and Boruto series. He’s also one of the most powerful ninjas ever born, equaling Naruto in terms of strength and abilities. While they have different styles, this is also one of the reasons why they get along so well. Many people want to know how Sasuke works out and if we can achieve his level of fitness.

When it comes to having the same physical appearance as Sasuke, it is possible. It’s not difficult, but you’ll have to give up your fitness and abilities to match Sasuke’s. You can still get super fit and run fast, like Sasuke, and have excellent reflexes. When you look at Sasuke’s body, you’ll notice that he has lean muscles, a lean face, a ripped body, and good height. It’s almost like the body shape of a K-pop or J-pop idol.

That is why I believe it is preferable to follow in the footsteps of K-pop stars and do the workouts they do on a regular basis. K-pop idols dance a lot and have a lot of stamina as a result, and some of them, like Jungkook, also do boxing, while many others focus on weight training. So it’s a mix of exercises, but cardio is the most common one that all K-pop stars engage in.

That’s why we’ll follow that routine as well; I’ll give you a routine that combines these workouts to help you achieve Sasuke’s physique. We will train five days a week, working out twice a day. The workout will last less than 3 hours in total, and it will be difficult to maintain, but you will be fine.

Workouts for Sasuke Uchiha include:

Routine in the Morning

In the morning, we’ll do one of my favorite C&C workouts, which is the cardio and core workout routine. We’ll begin with an hour of cardio exercise, which can include running, biking, and other activities. You can also do the dance workout like your favorite K-pop stars.

Then there’s a core workout, which will include a circuit routine that will take you less than 30 minutes to complete. It’s also one of the circuit routines I trust the most.

Circuits: 3

Exercises in each circuit: 8

Reps: 40 seconds

Rest time after the whole circuit: two minutes

  • Crunches
  • Resistance hanging leg raises
  • Side to side hanging resistance leg raises
  • Russian twist
  • Plank ball in and out
  • Plank twister
  • Plank hold
  • Side plank to a crunch

Evening Schedule

We’ll do four days of weight training in the evening routine, and then we’ll do a cardio finisher, which I think you should do with a boxing routine. As a cardio finisher, 15-30 minutes of boxing can burn a lot of calories.
