Miley Cyrus’ core and abdominal training is one of the things she emphasizes when she works out for her body. The rest is generally taken care of by her regular yoga regimen, but she especially enjoys working out with strong core muscles and ninja-like abs.

As a result, she exercises her core for over 30 minutes every day.
