I found an article on Girls’ Life where they spent a weekend with Lilimar and her mother at the Cal-a-Vie-Health spa in Vista, despite the fact that there is no interview where she shares her workout routine or even a diet plan. They worked out, received treatment, learned how to eat, and even meditated while they were there.
Now, it doesn’t say Lilimar does this every day or every week, but she did it that week, and who knows, she might do it again. So I’ll go over the workout they did there, and we’ll only use those workouts in our Lilimar workout plan. So prepare to do a lot of Yoga, piloxing, meditation, and other similar activities.

Yoga is excellent for health, and it will provide you with a lean body shape and a lot of flexibility in your bones and muscles. Lilimar and her mother were doing Yoga in the spa, and that’s what we’re going to do as well.

Don’t worry; you’re not alone; many people, including myself, were initially skeptical of this workout. So, if you can find it on the internet, go ahead and try it; if not, I recommend sticking to pilates or boxing.
Meditation
Now, meditation is an excellent way to relax your mind and clear all of your thoughts. It also aids your body’s relaxation, allowing you to feel stress-free in all parts of your body and mind.
That’s what they did in the spa; now, even if meditation isn’t the only way to get that body, it can help you stay focused and relaxed while working toward your objectives. Feel free to meditate every day, starting with 10 minutes and gradually increasing the time each week.
