Workout Routine for NCT Jeno

Lee Jeno is one of the sexiest members of NCT, if not the entire K-pop industry. So, if he does become known as one of the hottest guys, he will be under pressure to stay in shape at all times. Even if they didn’t have the hottest guy, Lee Jeno and the rest of the group needed to stay lean and ripped for the sake of their careers.

K-pop agencies, as we all know, promote Asians as having a lean body type more than any other body type. That’s why Lee is always in good shape, so what is Jeno’s workout routine that helps him stay lean and ripped? I attempted to learn more about his workout routine, but there was only one thing I could figure out.

The NCT Lee Jeno workout consists of the following:

Dancing

Yes, you’ve probably figured out the workout by now. Dancing is one of the workouts that Lee Jeno and all active K-pop stars must do on a regular basis in order to stay in shape. Their daily dance practice lasts two to three hours, and they may practice five to six days a week depending on their schedule.

Dancing is a high-intensity workout that helps you burn a lot of calories. Dance practice for two hours can quickly burn over a thousand calories. So that’s one of the best cardio workouts you could ask for because you’ll have a good time and learn something new at the same time. So, five days a week, enroll in a dance class and train for an hour or two.

Weight Training

Another workout that some NCT members and even many other K-pop artists follow is a weight-training routine. I can’t say for sure if that’s what Lee Jeno does, but I’d recommend starting with a basic weight-lifting routine.

It’s more than enough to train a single body part and go to the gym for an hour every day. However, make sure you exercise after you’ve taken a break from your dance workout routine. Also, if you need to add some bulk, do this workout but with five sets and six reps in each set.
