Diet of Irina Shayk
Irina stated in an interview that she has a high metabolism, which allows her to eat whatever she wants and not gain weight quickly.

When there is a shoot coming up soon, she will eat healthy meals and stick to a clean diet consisting of salad, soup, steamed fish, grilled vegetables, and so on. As a result, I recommend that you all follow her clean diet, as not everyone has a high metabolism like she does.

Workout Routine of Irina Shayk
Irina Shayk is a well-known model who has appeared in numerous television shows and films. Many people would have seen her in Dwayne Johnson’s Hercules, as well as numerous fashion shows and shoots.
Irina has one of the most incredible body physiques, and she was able to regain it after giving birth. Irina Shayk, like any other mother, gained some post-pregnancy weight, but she was able to lose it and return to her incredible shape.
Continue reading if you want to learn how she did it and what workout routine she used to lose so much weight. After some searching, I came across an ELLE article that summarized numerous interviews and information to discuss her workout. In that article, Irina Shayk mentions how much she enjoys working out.
When she travels, she does a lot of intense workouts like boxing, a little jiu-jitsu, some cardio training, and a barre workout.
Later on, Irina Shayk says she enjoys doing cardio but despises traditional cardio. She wants to sweat, especially when running, but not when running.
Irina Shayk also stated that she tries to do jiu-jitsu at least four times a week because there are so many different moves in jiu-jitsu that she can keep up with the workout. I believe I can help you if we talk about making this a routine. We’ll work out six days a week and go hiking on Sundays.
The following is a list of Shayk’s workout:
Cardio
We’ll begin the workout with cardio exercises. Because Irina Shayk despises running and prefers traditional cardio workouts, I recommend HIIT training.
The rowing machine with a battle rope will be one of the exercises in the HIIT routine. For 20 minutes, you will alternate between 1 minute of rowing machine and 30 seconds of battle rope with 3 seconds of rest in between.
Jiu-Jitsu and boxing
Now, after you’ve finished your cardio, we’ll do an hour of Jiu-Jitsu; I’m not very knowledgeable about martial arts. So I recommend that you join a fighting gym because you won’t be able to practice jiu-jitsu without the proper training and equipment.
We’ll also include some boxing in our routine for two days. That’s something else Irina Shayk enjoys doing while working out. So, twice a week, we’ll do 30-45 minutes of boxing.
You won’t need to join another class to learn how to box because the boxing bag and other equipment will be available in the jiu-jitsu gym.
