Suicide Squad Workout Routine and Diet Plan [2021]: Idris Elba Idris Elba is an actor, writer, producer, singer, rapper, and DJ who has worked in a variety of genres. Idris Elba has a major role in the upcoming film Suicide Squad, and he will also appear in The Jungle Book 2. We can all agree that he is one of the world’s top stars, thanks to his acting and his physical health. Diet Plan of Idris Elba

Idris maintains a healthy diet and is aware of what he should and should not consume. His diet, on the other hand, isn’t particularly strict; he consumes a lot of carbs and dessert-like foods, as well as a lot of protein and other nutrients.

Workout Routine of Idris Elba

Idris has an amazing body , that has helped him land a lot of opportunities. Sure, he’s a fantastic actor, but you can’t get a part in a superhero movie unless you look like one. Idris Elba is one of the few performers who has appeared in both the DC and Marvel Universes. That’s all because to his perseverance and dedication to fitness.

What kind of training did Idris undergo for the Suicide Squad movie, and how does he retain that body shape? Well, I tried to get some information on that and was able to find some very useful material that will assist us in learning Idris’ routine. I came saw an interview with Idris Elba in Men’s Health from 2018.

Yes, we’ll start there; following that year, he hasn’t given many interviews in which he has discussed his fitness routine. It’s possible that it’s because Idris has maintained a consistent physical shape over the years. However, in that interview, Idris discussed how he stays in shape and what he generally does.

So, Idris told MH that he works out whenever and wherever he can because he doesn’t always have access to or time for the gym. Idris will run for 45 minutes in the morning, then perform 100 push-ups and swim for a bit at that time. All of these exercises train your complete body, so they’re a great way to keep in shape.

He also enjoys shadow boxing and kickboxing. Idris claimed in the interview that Mandela used to perform Shadow Boxing to stay in shape while in prison. It’s the best workout because it requires no equipment and works your entire body. Idris, on the other hand, is not permitted to practice kickboxing or visit the dojo while filming. It’s regarded risky, therefore the producer always intervenes. He does, however, go to the dojo at least twice a week when he has the time.

Idris has a gym regimen and a weekly routine, but it isn’t addressed in the video. Probably because Idris does not rely heavily on weight training and prefers to stay active. Last but not least, he stated that he keeps himself occupied and burns a lot of calories without even realizing it.

Suicide Squad, I’m guessing, focuses on this workout as well, giving you an idea of how to do these movements and convert them into a program. You are welcome to follow my strategy. We’ll work out six days a week, with one day set out for activities. The workout will last two hours and will be divided into two groups: morning and evening.

Idris Elba’s Suicide Squad exercise consists of the following:

  • One hour to two hours training of boxing and kickboxing

  • 10 to 20 minutes of skipping
  • 30 minutes of swimming
  • Arms workout in the evening
  • Shadowboxing

Saturday

  • Yoga for an hour
  • Legs and core workout in the evening
  • Shadowboxing

Sunday

  • Stay active by going on a trek, hiking, playing sports, etc.
