Flying yoga assists both of them in maintaining their body shape, flexibility, and muscle relaxation. I’m not sure if Jisoo is still doing this workout because I couldn’t find any recent photos of her doing yoga.

Jisoo, on the other hand, eats in small portions because she is prone to gaining weight. Jisoo eats three meals a day, plus one supper, which can also be referred to as an evening snack before dinner.

Jisoo most likely eats berries, apples, or any other fruit she has in the evening. Even if she isn’t going to dance practice, her morning breakfast consists of nothing more than an apple.

This diet is unhealthy to follow because when you work so hard, you need to eat a lot, so I would not advise you to follow it.
