Ben began his career in 1993 as a stand-up comedian. He initially moved to Los Angeles in the hope of becoming an actor but wound up answering phones at a Comedy Store.

He used to delight a bunch of comics in the comedy store with his stories and was eventually summoned on the stage to perform. He was 21 years old at the time, and immediately after his first stand-up, he knew that was what he wanted to do.

Soon later, the renowned television game show host packed his belongings and relocated to New York. When he wasn’t well-known, he took many other professions, including limo driver.
