We did some investigation and found an interview with his personal trainer, as well as Riaz’s fitness routine. Lower Body Exercise by Asim Riaz
The deadlift is one of Asim Riaz’s favorite workouts. The deadlift tightens your core muscles and strengthens your core. He does three to four sets of deadlifts.
- He lifts a lot of weight for leg press. He performs three sets of ten to fifteen reps.
- He also does three sets of 15 reps on leg extensions.
- 3 sets of 15 reps of leg curls
- 3 sets of 10 to 15 repetitions of weighted barbell squats
You may have noticed him performing additional activities such as box jumps, squat jumps, and burpees. While he enjoys doing all of this, it is not part of his regular routine.
Abdominal Workout by Asim Riaz
- Asim Riaz’s abs machine is his first exercise for abs. 3 sets of 15–20 repetitions
- Then Asim moves sideways in the abs machine, focusing just on his oblique. 3 x 20 reps on each side
- 3 sets of 15 repetitions of cable crossover wood chops
- 3 sets of 20 to 25 reps of crunches
- 3 sets of 15 reps of hanging leg raises
- Three sets of one-minute planks
- Hold each side for three sets of 30 seconds to one minute.
