April Bowlby Workout Routine and Diet Plan: April Bowlby is a Hollywood-hidden talent who, in our opinion, has not received the recognition she deserves. April began her career by appearing in a variety of shows before landing her big break on the hit TV show Two and a Half Men.

April Bowlby is an incredible actress and model who has made fitness a priority in her life. April’s body hasn’t changed much since her role in Two and a Half Men, which she attributes to her workout and diet regimen.

April Bowlby is a gym rat who enjoys working out just like other models to stay in shape; she works out almost every day and tries to stay as fit as possible. However, she still does not have an updated workout routine following her appearance on Drop Dead, and the reason for this is the same as I previously stated: she is a hidden gem, and few people recognize her hard work.

So, I tried to find some kind of workout routine that she must have updated recently, but there was none. However, in 2011 interviews, she mentioned going to the gym frequently and working out. Because there was no information, I won’t claim to know her routine, but I will provide you with some workouts that will help you achieve April’s physique.

Cardio by April Bowlby

I can say that April enjoys cardio because she ran a marathon a few years ago. As a result, we’ll include a cardio workout in our weekly routine.

You can do any cardio exercises you want in cardio, but I recommend treadmill running. Running will give you a full-body workout and increase your stamina while burning a lot of calories.

Yoga

Another workout you should try to get a slim waist, slim legs, and slim arms like April is yoga; yoga has long been known for its numerous benefits. Yoga is considered the ultimate workout routine that is beneficial for everyone, from getting lean to burning calories, form toning body to making your body flexible.

If done correctly, a one-hour yoga session can burn around 500 to 700 calories, so try to do yoga at least three times per week.

Gym Workouts

Last but not least, April’s personal workout. You’ll mostly be doing a mixed workout routine in the gym that focuses on your arms, legs, buttocks, and core. You don’t have to go to the gym every day; you can work out four days a week, two days for lower body, two days for upper body, and two days for core body rest. Incorporate some bodyweight exercises into your core and lower body workout.
