However, I discovered a Muay Thai practice routine on Andrea’s YouTube channel; I had no idea what she said in the video. I couldn’t understand her because I don’t speak Tagalog, but she was doing various exercises. Muay Thai not only improves your fitness but also tones your muscles and increases your stamina and flexibility.

I couldn’t find much about her recent activities other than her Muay Thai video. So I’m not sure what Andrea’s routine is, but I’m guessing it includes some weight training and a free-body workout with cardio. I would have recommended that workout to a teenager looking to get in shape.

That’s why I’m going to give you my version of Andrea’s workout to help you get her body. You’ll work out twice a day for about an hour each, five days a week, with active rest days in between. So let’s get down to business:

Typical Morning Routine

I would say that we will do 15 minutes in the morning and then 45 minutes in a Muay Thai gym. Begin with 45 minutes of training and gradually increase the time according to your liking and preferences after each month. It will tone your body and strengthen your cardiovascular system while burning a lot of calories.

Evening Schedule

In the evening routine, you can do a workout that combines four upper body, lower body, and core muscle exercises. There are a total of 12 activities with three sets of each.

Try a resistance band workout, which will not affect your growth or cause any side effects while providing similar results. After that, complete the routine with a 10-minute cardio finisher interval run.
