Diet and Workout Routine for Aespa Winter: Aespa Winter is a member of the Korean pop group Aespa and a singer. With their song, Black Mamba, one of the newest groups debuted in late 2020.

Workout Routine of Aespa Winter

Winter is the primary vocalist and dancer and also one of the most highlighted people that you see in the group while they perform. That’s why she does have to maintain a very great body shape being the primary vocalist and dancer. How does she maintain that body shape? If that’s what you are wondering, then don’t worry. I will let you know whatever I was able to find out.

I tried to look for the workouts and routines that Winter must be doing and following. I could get some information, but that includes only the dance routine and hours of it every day. There was no other information; in a few interviews, Karina has stated that they were always following a diet and doing exercises.

I do know that each Kpop group has to do lots of choreography and dance routines. They also do some stretching exercises and a few other routines to get in shape. However, I would say Winter only does stretching and her dance routine. That’s what other members seem to be doing, so that’s why I think Winter also focuses on that.

However, I will be giving you a routine that you can follow and very similar to other Kpop idols. We will be doing two to three hours of workout in which we will train five days a week. The exercises will involve training twice a day and doing cardio, yoga, Pilates, etc. So let’s get into the routine.

Aespa Winter workout includes:

Morning routine

The morning routine will be cardio, for which we will do a dance class for two hours. If you are a beginner and can’t work out that much, it’s okay to keep the duration to one hour a day.

It will help burn many calories while giving you flexibility. However, make sure you do 10 to 20 minutes of stretching before and after the dance routine.

Evening Routine

In the evening routine, we will do any of these workouts, including yoga, Pilates, and boxing, for an hour. These three are the most used training routines by Kpop idols.

Yoga and Pilates are the most favorite types of routine as it helps you get a flexible body shape while keeping your body toned and slender. We will only do these three days a week, and once you get used to it, you can start doing it five days a week.
