Brandon Flynn: Diet Plan

Brandon Flynn’s diet consists primarily of eating clean, healthy foods, with occasional cheat meals once or twice a week. He eats a well-balanced diet and keeps track of his calories and macronutrients throughout the day.

Brandon Flynn doesn’t have a specific diet in mind; he simply enjoys eating most foods. Brandon’s diet becomes more strict a few days or weeks before the shoot, but otherwise he keeps things simple.

Brandon Flynn: Workout Routine

Prior to the start of a new season’s filming, Brandon Flynn and the rest of the cast begin working out together. As we saw in the previous season, Ross shared a photo of himself working out with the group, tagging Brandon, Dylan, and other members with the caption “working out with the group for season three.” So I’m pretty sure it’ll be the same this year as it was last year.

Now, as for Brandon Flynn’s workout, he follows well-balanced cardio and weight-training routine. Unfortunately, Brandon Flynn’s abs don’t appear to be as toned and in shape this season as they were the previous season. Despite this, he has maintained his lean physique, complete with ripped chest and biceps.

Cardio

Brandon Flynn’s cardio routine consists of running on the treadmill for about half an hour; he does not run fast on the treadmill nor does he try to push himself hard while doing cardio because he does not need to burn a lot of calories. Unfortunately, I was unable to learn much about his workout routine because he never spoke openly about how he stayed in shape.

As I previously stated, he was working out with the crew in the gym to get ripped for season three. Although there was no post this time, I’m sure he went to the gym with them and worked out like he did every day. One of Brandon Flynn’s most focused exercises is his weight training routine.

There was not much information about his weight training routine, either, although I would guess that he trains for about five days and does a single or two body part exercises each day, similar to his cardio routine.
