Cardio, full-body exercises, and yoga will be emphasized in the workout routine. We’ll work out five days a week on these three things in order to achieve that lean figure.

Cardio

Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday are training days.

We’re going to do an all-out outdoor run for cardio. It doesn’t matter what time you do this workout; it’s entirely up to you to do it whenever you feel comfortable.

So we’ll run for about four miles, and if you can’t run that far, try to run as much as you can and walk the rest of the way. This workout will help you burn a lot of calories and lose weight all over your body.

Yoga/Pilates

Tuesday and Friday are training days.

We’ll now add two days of yoga or pilates, or whatever workout you prefer. Both of these workouts will aid in the development of flexibility and strength.

They will tone your body while also ensuring that you burn a lot of calories. After a good session of these workouts, your body will feel more relaxed, and all the pain from another workout will be gone.

Full body workout

Monday through Friday are training days.

The final workout will be a full-body workout with an emphasis on the core and lower body. This will take about 20 to 30 minutes every workout day in your weekly routine. The workout will be a circuit routine, which means you’ll be resting after each set.
