Workout Routine of Jason Derulo

Jason Derulo enjoys working out and has stated in numerous interviews that he has been interested in fitness since childhood. There are numerous videos of Jason Derulo working out with fitness celebrities such as Pamela Reif, Tristyn Lee, and others. Now I tried to learn as much as I could about his workout routine, and it turned out to be relatively easy.

Jason has been fit since he was a child, when he began running through the blocks after seeing some fit and beautiful girls running in track. Jason then joined the track team and stayed for a while, enjoying his time there. Unfortunately, Jason’s neck was broken in 2012, and he couldn’t work out or do any activity for seven months.

However, after seven months, when he began to get in shape, he simply never stopped. Now, as for his routine, we’ve all seen Jason list golf carts and do deadlifts with them, as well as pulling Jeeps for a workout and other activities. All of this is routine for Jason, but there are two things he does every day in his training.

Boxing comes first, followed by weight lifting, and he works out every day. In an interview with GQ, he even stated that. The only time Jason can’t work out is when something prevents him from doing so, such as travel, shows, or other obligations.

Jason Derulo also stated in that interview that he prefers to work out in two sessions, one in the morning for about an hour and the other in the evening for 45 minutes. Jason also mentioned that he enjoys working out with his cousin, who he considers being a trainer/rival because they are both extremely competitive.

Due to a lack of competition and motivation, he does not feel at ease and right when working out with other trainers. That’s where his cousin steps in as a competitor, and they both improve. So, if you want a body like Jason’s, stick to one hour of weight training in the morning and 45 minutes of HIIT and boxing in the evening.

Diet Plan of Jason Derulo

The diet program Jason is extremely healthy and clean. He avoids foods that will make him gain weight because losing weight is difficult for him. Jason also fasts intermittently and does not eat breakfast as a result. So his diet runs from lunch to dinner, with a maximum of three meals per day.

Aside from that, his diet is organic and is constantly changing due to his preferences and chef suggestions. Jason has also experimented with being vegan, vegetarian, and even a pescetarian. He enjoys trying new foods, which is why he drank a salmon protein shake for a while. However, Jason is currently focusing on eating a lot of eggs and protein. So he mostly eats chicken and salmon with his vegetables, and he gets a lot of protein. Every day, he tries to consume at least 190 grams of protein.
