Jason Carl Wiki, Bio, Age, Height, Net Worth, Ethnicity

Jason Carl Fox, a British national, served in the Special Forces for 20 years as a counter-terrorism, demolition expert, and combat swimmer. The majority of his journey of saving lives and going through wars was never revealed to the world, but Jason still enjoyed it.

As a dog-handler, the former soldier’s dog accompanied him on his journey. Both participated in one of his most important battles in Afghanistan.

Jason struggled to find work and fit into the world of ordinary people after leaving the army due to health issues. However, in 2015, he began working on the Channel 4 shows SAS: Who Dares Wins and The Real Narcos.

The Channel 4 show became one of his most well-known works. Later, the former soldier published a book called Battle Scars: A Story of War and Everything That Follows. The book depicted his life as a soldier as well as his experiences after leaving the military.

His book was a huge success and received a positive response. The net worth derived from the sale of books could be quite substantial.

Relationship Status: Single?

Jason Carl Fox, who had spent years fighting in various wars, adored his job. But, in his mid-thirties, he was advised to give up the one thing he excelled at: soldiering in extreme conditions.

He was suffering from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, chronic burnout, and depression, which caused him to leave the military.

He struggled to find his place in the world after leaving his job as a soldier. But, in 2016, he met a woman named Jules who helped him get through the rough times, if only for a short time. While Jason was recovering from his mental health issues, the couple spent some time together in Ibiza.

The person Jason used to be began to fade, and the former soldier became so unhappy that he failed at both his job and at home. He was unable to face his children, family, and friends after losing what he once stood for.

Later, in an interview with The Sun on November 18, 2018, Jason revealed,

I was standing on the edge of a cliff in Devon, looking down at the jagged rocks below and imagining what it would be like to throw myself into the sea. How had this happened?

I was broken and weak, and the person I’d once been faded into the distance: Foxy, Royal Marine Commando since the age of sixteen, operating in the shadows in the world’s most dangerous warzones.

But I was also Jason Fox, husband, father of two beautiful daughters, son, and oldest brother.

The ex-soldier sought the assistance of a psychiatrist, who determined that ten years of dedicated military service had harmed his mental health and status.

When he was in the army, he was able to keep his feelings and attachments to himself. But Jason became aware of his mental state when he began to recall his mother and daughter on the battlefield, which had never happened to him before.

He was able to compartmentalize such things. However, due to his deteriorating health, he was forced to leave his job. Jason found it more difficult to leave the military than to see his friends die or to divorce his wife.

But he still finds humor, as he revealed to Ladbible on January 4, 2019, that he was married twice.

I’ve had two failed marriages, which I like to blame on military life, but then I look at the common denominator, which is me.

He laughed before adding,

It’s most likely because I’m a pain to live with.

Throughout his difficult life, Jason faced many challenges that ordinary people could only dream of, both personally and professionally. And he was unable to express his emotions even to his parents.
