We all have similar body muscles that we can work on as we see fit.

So, after doing some research, I discovered a fan video and a few photos showing James Charles working out on his butt. James Charles goes through a routine that any girl should go through in order to obtain a bubble butt. So I can vouch for that workout because if you do it, you will get a butt like that.

James Charles’ workout consists primarily of doing a home workout with few weights, with the majority of them being bodyweight training with the use of props such as a resistance band, ankle weight, and others to achieve a more effective result. Even though I don’t know James Charles’ exact workout, I can give you a routine that will help you get a butt like him.

Warm-up

Let’s begin with some warm-up exercises. Because we’ll be focusing a lot on our core and butt, make sure the muscles are completely relaxed. These exercises can be used as part of your warm-up routine.
