Eat more chicken, vegetables, and soup and less rice and steak, for example. Reduce your carb intake and drink as much water as possible every day.

Workout Routine of NCT Jaehyun

Jaehyun is a physically fit and healthy individual. However, this does not imply that the singer will have an easier time working out or staying in shape. Different things happen to Jaehyun that cause him to fluctuate in weight between shoots and live shows. Jaehyun is the type of person who enjoys eating, so he must exercise in order to maintain his slim figure.

Now, when it comes to working out, Jaehyun concentrates on two main areas. The first is a dance rehearsal. As we all know, all Kpop artists must learn to dance, and it is the most important skill they must possess. To maintain this, they must practice almost every day or at least five times per week to achieve the desired results.

The dance practice lasts between an hour and two hours per day. When they’re doing it for live sessions, it’s sometimes even more. So, yes, dancing that much engages a large number of cardiovascular muscles and burns a significant amount of calories. With that much dancing practice, you can easily burn over 800 calories. Routine in the Morning

We will complete all of our cardio work in the morning routine. You can either dance to Jaehyun’s original routine or do other workouts for an hour, such as running or biking. I would suggest sticking to dance because it is enjoyable and can be pursued as a hobby.

Evening Schedule

We will concentrate on working out in the gym in the evening routine. Making a pattern of the upper body, lower body, and core workouts is something I would recommend. Concentrate on doing upper body and core workouts twice a week and leg training once a week, as your legs will be used while dancing.
