Officers discovered Conrad inside his ex-house, girlfriend’s despite the fact that his girlfriend had a restraining order prohibiting him from approaching her or her family members closer than 100 yards.
His girlfriend obtained the restraining order after Conrad became obsessed with her, referring to her as the love of his life and threatening to kill himself while they were together.
He also broke down in front of her parents, expressing his wish to marry Hunter. He had remarked that she should take action because he cannot help but pursue her.
