The property, however, has become one of the most talked-about celebrity properties since Rubin’s purchase. The $8.1 million mansions has 2298 square feet of living space.
Rubin spent a decade after purchasing his family’s home in 2011 polishing every aspect. He needed to provide a comfortable environment for his family, particularly their developing toddler. Rick Rubin eventually decided to make the place his permanent home after falling in love with the ambiance. He bought his own 1-acre property after his rental contract expired in 2005 and decided to make the city his permanent home.
He had purchased two other residences in nearby Malibu in addition to this one, which was regrettably destroyed by Woolsey’s ruthless fire in 2018. Sean G, one of his employees, stayed on-site and irrigated the environment to safeguard the residing residence from damage, according to sources.
