Here’s How the Twice Dahyun Maintains Her Slim Physique | Workout Routine and Diet Plan

Diet and Workout Routine for Twice Dahyun: Twice Dahyun is a member of the Kpop group Twice and is an actress, singer, rapper, dancer, and songwriter. Dahyun is also one of the group’s youngest members.

She’s also known for being one of the sexiest Twice members and having the most curves. Many fans adore her appearance and aspire to have Dahyun’s body. So, if you’re interested in learning more about Twice Dahyun’s workout and diet plan, keep reading.

Diet Plan for Dahyun Twice

Dahyun currently follows a fairly healthy and consistent diet. It’s still designed to keep her fit and trim, but it doesn’t make her cry like it used to. In her debuting days, Momo and Dahyun followed the same diet and were both barred from the company cafeteria.

They couldn’t eat much at all because carbs were forbidden. As a result, they are not allowed to eat rice, which is why they have to sneak sweet potatoes at night. To learn more, watch the video.

They didn’t say much about their current diet, but I’m guessing Dahyun, like other Kpop stars, eats in moderation. Breakfast consists of avocado toast, lunch consists of a small amount of rice, soup, vegetables, and chicken, and dinner consists of a similar menu with the exception of the chicken being replaced by salmon.

Twice Dahyun Workout Routine

Dahyun has an amazing body that everyone wishes they had. Dahyun has without a doubt one of the best bodies in the entire Kpop industry, in my opinion. Because her body is natural and contains some genetic assistance, this is the case. Now comes the question of how Dahyun maintains her physique.

So, I attempted to glean some information about her workout and routine. I discovered that Dahyun enjoys dancing and does so on a regular basis, just like any other pop artist. Aside from that, she incorporates a few exercises into her routine, such as squats and crunches.

We all know that every Kpop artist needs to have a dance routine, and everyone has to do it whether they like it or not. So two hours of dancing every day will undoubtedly assist anyone in staying fit and in shape. I can give you a very close routine to get a body like Dahyun after learning a few things about him.

Every week, we’ll have to train for at least five to six days. In addition, the workout will be split into two parts, one in the morning and the other in the evening. In order for your body to get enough rest, you must take a break in between. So make sure you’re not doing these exercises all the time. Before we begin, I’d like to point out that this is an improvised routine, so don’t expect it to be exactly like the Dahyun workout routine.

Dahyun’s twice-daily workout consists of the following:

Routine in the Morning

A cardio workout for an hour and a half is part of the morning routine. To stay fit and in shape, Dayum usually does a two-hour dance routine. It’s the best cardio for burning calories and learning some cool dance moves at the same time. So I strongly advise you to enroll in a dance class, but if you still don’t want to dance, try this routine:

  • Running for 40 minutes
  • Skipping for ten minutes
  • ten 100-meter sprints separated by 30-second intervals

Evening Schedule

You can do three different workouts in the evening routine to get toned and lean. The first is a free-body circuit routine consisting of at least 12 exercises performed in three sets. This program will help you tone your body while also burning calories.

The second is a yoga workout that will help you lose weight, tone up your body, and improve your mental health. That is why I enjoy yoga, so make it a point to do an hour of it.

The third is Pilates, which has many of the same benefits as yoga. It’s more about maintaining a healthy weight and toning your core and lower body. You can do all three of these workouts on different days if you want to.
