Workout Routine of Gary

Gary Vaynerchuk is one of those guys who works as hard as he can every day. You may not believe it, but Gary V has worked out every day since 2015, and he has not missed a single day of work or his fitness routine. You don’t see that level of concentration and hunger in everyone, which is why he’s always at the top.

Gary V is now known for forcing his trainers to resign because training Gary V is difficult because you will be teaching him every day and traveling with him to all of his destinations each week. If you ask his trainer, they will tell you how difficult working with Gary V can be. If you think you work hard, spend a week with Gary V and his team to see how much harder they work.

Gary V’s fitness journey began with his trainer Mike Vacanti, who left Gary V’s training in 2016. Jordan Syatt then began training Gray. Jordan also stopped teaching Gary V. last year, in June 2019. He’s now back with Mike Vacanti, preparing the same way we have since 2k15.

So I couldn’t find Gary V’s most recent workout routine, but I did find the one that his current trainer, Mike, shared in 2016. Mike explained that because Gary enjoys working out every day, his routine contains a lower volume of exercise to ensure he doesn’t do too much damage to his body.

Mike also mentioned that they include cardio, stretching, bodyweight training, weight lifting training, core training, HIIT training, and yoga in their routine. I won’t go into detail about that exercise because I’ll let Mike handle it; you can see Mike’s entire routine by clicking right here.
