When it comes to her diet, Amelie prefers to stay healthy and eat only the best foods. The diet plan appears to be quite strict in the video. She didn’t have anything that could be mistaken for a bad snack or meal. She starts her day with a glass of celery juice, then works out and eats some fruits before having a salad or vegetables for lunch.

She also drinks cold brew coffee in that video and says she drinks it every day. She also didn’t show off her dinner, so I assume she’s eating something light like boiled vegetables with fish or chicken. So, based on all of this, I’d say Amelie follows a low-carb diet, which could help you reach your weight-loss goals quickly.

Amelie’s workout routine consists of a variety of activities, as she is now a YouTuber who creates vlogs and tik-tok videos on a daily basis. The majority of the day was spent moving around and staying active. She does, however, have a morning workout routine that she does a few hours before noon.

She does a total bodyweight workout routine with the help of a fitness app, which you can follow as well. Amelie has a smart mirror with a screen that connects to your phone’s workout app, allowing you to do a variety of fun follow-along workouts.

Rachel’s cardio and strength workout routine, which is 30 minutes long, is the first workout that she does. After that, she does a Rachel-designed sculpt total body workout that lasts the same 30 minutes as the previous one. Both exercises appear to be of intermediate difficulty, so if you’re a beginner, you should look for another fitness app that will help you build muscle mass.

Amelie only does that as a workout; she may run on occasion, but it is not something she does regularly. Now, as for whether she goes to the gym or not, I haven’t seen any of her gym workout routines, so I can’t say. However, based on her home workout facilities, I believe she prefers to work out at home.

There is no single way to achieve her body, despite the fact that you can do various types of workouts. You can get that body by working out for an hour every day, regardless of which workout you do in that app.
