Drew Scott and his wife Linda Phan are overjoyed after learning that they are expecting their first child.
The reality television personality announced on Instagram on December 20, 2021, that he and his wife of more than three years are expecting a child.
He also shared a handful of mirror selfies with his wife, revealing Phan’s baby bulge. He captioned the photo, “I guess we’re doing weekly bathroom selfies now.”
The pair stated they received wonderful news in August 2021 and are now ready to welcome the baby in May 2022 on their podcast, At Home with Linda & Drew Scott.

There’s a reason why Scott and Phan are overjoyed and overjoyed with the pregnancy news.
Since their wedding in 2018, the pair has reportedly struggled to conceive a child and start a family.
During the podcast, the two also admitted that after a two-year reproductive journey that includes IUI and IVF treatments, they finally got excellent news.
They also revealed that after failing to conceive, they tried IUI (intrauterine insemination). When it didn’t work, they tried IVF (in vitro fertilization), which worked.
“For a while, I wasn’t sure how much I wanted to share, or if I wanted to share at all,” Phan admitted in an honest conversation about going public with their troubles.
“We didn’t tell them straight away, even with close family and friends, since I needed to process the sensation myself before diluting it with other people’s pleasure,” she explained.
She went on to say that her immediate feelings after learning she was pregnant were clouded by the long and frequently difficult road to conception.
They also created a brief but emotional vlog in which they chronicled the ups and downs of the IVF process.
The Property Brothers co-host was seen giving Phan shots in her stomach and seeing physicians in the video, as well as Phan meditating, goofily dancing to the beat of her heart monitor in a hospital bed, and staring at an ultrasound and a heartbeat.

Even the couple’s pregnancy announcement post included a combined statement [post caption] in which they discussed their emotional journey.
“Getting here has been an adventure!” “We recognize that we are not alone in this journey, and that each of us faces unique hurdles along the road,” the statement stated.
The power couple claimed that they immediately became thankful of the doctors they were working with, as well as their family and friends, when they first started their reproductive journey.
Everyone’s love and support helped them get through a difficult period in their lives.
“We hope that as we grow through this, even one of you reading this can feel a bit less lonely in whatever journey you’re on!” the touching statement concluded.
Scott and Phan have been looking pleased since the announcement post — and have been posting information about the pregnancy journey on a daily basis.
