Lopez has been married to his wife for a long time. Ann married Lopez on September 18, 1993, after working as a producer and actor. On April 2, 1996, they welcomed their first and only child, daughter Mayan Lopez, three years later.
Lopez and Ann have withstood numerous storms in their long marriage. Nothing better exemplifies their love for each other than Ann’s decision to donate one of her kidneys to Lopez when he needed it in 2005.
The comedian was suffering from a deteriorating kidney illness that was getting worse over time. His kidney had been giving him a lot of trouble for a long time, but Lopez claims that his rigorous routine kept the agony at bay. His doctor suggested him to seek an organ transplant in 2004, and Ann promised him she would give him hers as soon as they got the news. Ann later revealed that she underwent the procedure out of love in April 2005.

But George hails from a chaotic home and had a traumatic upbringing. Accepting that someone would give him the gift of life was difficult for him.
Lopez, too, claims he was more concerned about Ann than about himself, despite the fact that his surgery was more complicated and took twice as long. Unfortunately, on June 1, 2011, their romance came to an end. Lopez allegedly cheated on her with prostitutes, according to many accounts.
