Michel’le Denise Toussant, better known by her stage name Michel’le, is an R&B singer, songwriter, and rapper from the United States.
Her most famous songs were two Billboard R&B chart-toppers from the late 1980s to the early 1990s. She was also included in the documentary Surviving Campton: Dre, Suge, and Michel’le. Michel’le is well-known for her association with former music mogul Suge Knight, in addition to her successful career. In 1999, the former couple married and divorced six years later. Bailei Knight, the former couple’s kid, was born in 2002. Here are five things to know about Michel’le and Suge’s kid, Bailei.
Michel’le’s and Suge Knight’s only child
Among the many things that went wrong between Michel’le and Suge Knight, the only thing they did right was welcoming their only daughter, Bailei Knight, into the world.
Bailei Knight, Suge Knight’s daughter, was born in 2002 after a six-year marriage. Despite the fact that she is of legal age, Bailei is not on social media.
Michel’le, her mother, does, however, keep track of her child’s development on a regular basis. She also has a lot in common with her baby girl and illustrates how similar they are to the rest of the world.
Michel’le’s celebrity, like Knight’s mother’s, stemmed primarily from her relationship with music mogul Dr. Dre and former executive Suge; she, too, rose to prominence through her parents.
She is, however, going about her business, i.e. studying. Bailei also makes multiple appearances alongside her mother, Michel’le.

Bailei Knight’s parents married soon after, as previously stated. Suge was still in prison when the couple married in 1999. Michel’le used to be Dr.fiancee Dre’s and baby mama, therefore their love story takes a drastic turn.
Michel’le’s relationship with Dr. Dre was turbulent, as she was subjected to serious abuse while they were engaged. Dr. Dre’s drinking, hostility, and infidelity affected the former couple’s relationship when they had their first kid. Throughout their relationship, she was brutally mistreated.
She began self-medicating with prescription medicines and booze after breaking off her engagement with Dr.Dre. Suge then stepped in and sent Bailei Knight’s mother to rehab to help her become sober.
They eventually fell in love and welcomed their one and only child. Suge and Michel’le’s marriage, unfortunately, did not work out. Throughout their relationship, the two had highs and lows.
Michel’le’s marriage ended in 2005 when she filed for divorce. Suge’s marriage was also declared null and void throughout the divorce process since he was still married to his ex-wife, Sharitha Knight.
Michel’le described abuse that resulted in a dislocated jaw, similar to her prior relationship with Dre. She later went to court in 2009 for unpaid child and spousal support, demonstrating Suge’s lack of involvement in his daughter’s life.
Knight’s father isn’t in her life at all
Knight and Michel’le’s daughter, Bailei, was born in 2002, and they divorced when she was quite young. Suge Knight’s daughter, Bailei, isn’t as close to him as she used to be because he wasn’t around.
Furthermore, Bailei’s mother posted an Instagram photo with the hashtag ‘#unfathereddaughter,’ indicating that Suge was absent for the most part.
Suge, on the other hand, couldn’t be with his daughter due to his string of legal woes. Michel’le Knight, Suge Knight’s ex-wife, weathered the toxic relationship but will never prevent her daughter from seeing her father in prison.
When Knight’s father assaulted a parking lot attendant in 2003, a year after Bailei’s birth, he was sentenced to prison for breaking parole.
Suge continued to face litigation after that, including voluntary manslaughter in 2015, for which he was sentenced to 28 years in prison.
Despite being accused of various things, the father-daughter combination was occasionally sighted in the 2000s. Even if they keep in touch and are all in prison, Bailei’s life isn’t much different without Father’s presence.
Suge Knight’s daughter is aware of the details of his incarceration
It must have been difficult growing up as Suge Knight’s child. Bailei, Michel’le’s babygirl, had to come to terms with the fact that she shared her blood with a murderous father and a former music executive.
Worse, Bailei is well aware of her Father’s aggressive tendencies, as her mother, Michel’le, showed her CCTV images of Suge running over two men.
She indicated in an exclusive interview with the Daily Mail that she would learn of Knight’s actions regardless and thus showed the film.
Michel’le did not stop her daughter from visiting Suge, despite being accused with murder and attempted murder. Well, not much is known about the lovely adolescent, but let’s hope the tape and other Suge-related news haven’t left her too traumatized.
Bailei Knight- There are a lot of half-siblings
Bailei Knight, like Michel’le’s child, is a reclusive individual. Her half-siblings are just as enigmatic as she is. Knight’s mother was previously engaged to Dr. Dre and welcomed her half-brother, Marcel Young, as previously claimed. He, like Bailei, keeps a quiet existence.
On her Father’s side, Bailei has multiple half-siblings, including Suge Jacob Knight. Jacob is a rising real estate agent with his own VH1 show.
While Jacob Knight enjoys celebrity, the other of Knight’s half-siblings, Taj Knight, Andrew Payan, Posh Knight, and Legend Knight, live quietly away from the spotlight.
