Scrapp Deleon is an Atlanta-based reality television celebrity best known for her involvement in Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta. He soared to worldwide prominence after starring as a recurrent cast member on the VH1 show.
To say Scrapp’s life has been dramatic would be an understatement. He was caught twice and served a three-year prison sentence for marijuana possession.
Scrapp: Age, Criminal Record
Scrapp (actual name: Will Cortez Robinson) was born in 1988 as a Piscean. Karen King, the 31-year-old reality star’s mother, reared him as a single mother in Woodstock.
Karen, on the other hand, remarried and had a son named Lyndon Ahlik Smith, a.k.a. SAS. Scrapp was up in a chaotic environment, with his mother continually in and out of jail. His mother has been charged with the theft of credit cards and even kidnapping her sons.
Scrapp was arrested in 2012, together with his mother and brother, for kidnapping and abusing his stepfather. The charges were later withdrawn. Fast forward to 2018, when his matriarch was arrested for non-payment of her Maserati auto loan.
The Truth About Baby Mother Scrapp’s colorful life does not end with her imprisonment. He has been in many on-camera relationships while filming Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta.
As a co-star on the show, he met Tia Becca and the two fell in love. The couple even shares a kid named King. Additionally, he has a son named Akil, the identity of whose mother is unknown at this time.
Unfortunately, their relationship did not last as he moved on to co-star Tommie Lee on Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta.
To be sure, the duo had an on-again, off-again relationship. Scrapp allegedly cheated on her in 2016 with various women. Along with the infidelity, Scrappy’s detachment from his fiancée increased after he was sentenced to five years in prison for marijuana possession in 2016.
He was released in October 2018 after receiving a reduced term and restarted his romance with Tommie. The pair’s rekindled affair became public after a video of them kissing surfaced on 9th January 2019.
However, the kiss was in vain as the reality star moved on to another Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta co-star. In April 2019, he began dating Moniece Slaughter.
A Family Tragic Event
Scrapp’s life was shattered early on when his 21-year-old cousin, Dolla, was shot and killed in 2009. The reality star and his now-deceased cousin shared a bond similar to that of brothers. Scrapp, along with his brothers SAS and Dolla, was a member of the Da Razkalz Cru music group.
Dolla was also establishing a name for himself in the rap scene through collaborations with Akon and T-Pain. His death brought all his dreams crashing down with him. Scrapp, on the other hand, would be unable to follow his rapping goals without the support of his brother-like cousin.
Scrapp attempted but failed, to resurrect his brother SAS’s career as his manager. Finally, he achieved celebrity status as a cast member of Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta.
