People might have figured out he wasn’t gay if the 1960s had the same social media breakthroughs as today—either through his own social media posts or by tracking whoever he was dating. People accepted what he presented on the screen since they were only able to see the late television legend on his show.

Mary Livingstone was the comedian’s wife
While many people thought Jack Benny was gay, he was happily married to Mary Livingstone for over 40 years. From 1927 until his death in 1974, the couple remained married.
She was also a radio comedian, according to Livingstone. She was also an actor, appearing in films such as This Way Please (1937), Mr. Broadway (1933), Bright Moments (1928), and others.
The late entertainer was born on June 23, 1905, in Seattle, and graduated from King George High School. On June 30, 1983, in Holmby Hills, Los Angeles, she breathed her last breath.

At the age of 80, Jack Benny succumbed to cancer
On December 26, 1974, the guy, who was still more famous for his feminine deeds, died of pancreatic cancer at his home in Beverly Hills, California. Benny Kubelsky was born on February 14, 1894, in Chicago, Illinois, to a father who ran a tavern. He lived for 80 years.
Benny achieved small success playing the violin and starring in several films, in addition to his comedic flair. George Washington Slept Here (1942), The Horn Blows at Midnight (1945), Broadway Melody of 1936 (1935), The Hollywood Revue of 1929 (1929), and others are among his film credits.
The host of the Jack Benny Program was also noted for insisting on being 39 years old every year. Aside from that, his exasperated “Well!” expression, as well as his uber-famous statement, “Now cut that out!” are easily identifiable.

No biological children were born to comedians Jack Benny and Mary Livingstone. They did, however, adopt a daughter named Joan Benny in 1934. (also Joan Naomi). Joan, who was also an actress, used to appear on her father’s show, The Jack Benny Program.
Joan married three times throughout her life. Robert F. Blumofe, Alan Michael (Bud) Rudolph, and Seth Baker were her spouses. She has four children from her three marriages combined. She is currently 87 years old.
