Roberts, an American sports radio presenter, and his wife, Sylvia Roberts, recently welcomed their second child, Spence, into the world. Roberts commended his wife’s fortitude and perseverance after his birth.
Evan, who is normally private about his personal life, spoke honestly about his wife, the pregnancy, and how he was dealing with it all in the midst of the COVID-19 outbreak.
He Praised His Wife and All Women
Evan opened the program from the hospital after the birth of his second kid on October 2, 2020, according to WFAN. In the video, he discussed his wife’s pregnancy and labor experience.
The radio star was completely enthralled by his wife’s perseverance and strength throughout the pregnancy and after the birth of their younger kid.
He was in awe of all the ladies in the world who went through pregnancy and labor—their strength and selflessness. He went on to say that his wife and every women on the planet are “heroes” for doing something he could never accomplish.
I know we have said this before, let me say it again. To all the women out there, You guys are the greatest thing in the world because I don’t know how you do it (referring to childbirth). I don’t know how you get through 8 months of having a baby growing inside you. I don’t know how you get through that… And, I certainly don’t know how you get through labor and everything after that. So, my wife is a hero. All the women out there are heroes because it is amazing what you go through.
Evan Roberts has a Four-Year-Old Son
The Roberts are a four-person family. Jett, Sylvia and Evan’s first child, was born on September 11, 2016. On November 11, 2016, when Jett became two months old, the media celebrity uploaded a snapshot of him on his Twitter account.\
Evan’s post demonstrated his surprise at how quickly things were changing, particularly in regards to his developing son. Jett’s father took him to his first basketball game when he was six months old, to see the Brooklyn Nets play.
Sylvia has Appeared on Her Husband’s Podcast
Evan Roberts works as a radio DJ during the day and as a podcaster at night. The Evan Roberts Podcast, which he hosts, focuses on sports-related topics. He does, however, occasionally call in his wife Sylvia to talk about Netflix shows they’ve binge-watched. The Roberts couple discussed a show called You in one of these episodes.
Evan acknowledged that he wasn’t sure about the series, referring to his wife as “my lovely, fantastic, best friend and wife.” However, after two episodes, he was completely hooked. Sylvia described You as a romantic comedy flipped upside down in the aforementioned episode. Evan was interested by the presentation since it promised to be different from what he was used to seeing.
