Eugene Daniels Encourages Coming Out | More On His Partner & Engagement

Eugene Daniels told his younger self, “But at 27, you’ll creep out of that closet and find there’s community and love and family waiting for you on the other side.”

In honor of National Coming Out Day in 2019, Daniels took the time to sit down and compose a touching Instagram post for his younger self.

Daniels introduced himself in the message as “the kid in the first image.” For “suffering all the anguish so he can eventually love for the both of you,” he expressed gratitude to his younger self.

He urged everyone in the closet to come out in front of the world as he concluded his statement.

Daniels’ personal life gained attention as a result of his growing notoriety from people curious as to whether such an inspirational person had a spouse or partner.

Daniels is out gay and a proud member of the LGBTQIA+ community, as you may have guessed by this point.

Although he has not yet wed Nate Stephens, a social facilitator from South Dakota, they are undoubtedly engaged.

On June 24, 2021, the two stunning folks got engaged. Daniels posted a photo of himself and his boyfriend on Instagram on June 24 and captioned it, “June 24, 2019.” This indicates that the two had apparently been dating since 2017 “With my favorite person for two years. Love you. Happy anniversary.”

Going back in time, the couple was first spotted out together on October 26, 2017, when Daniels shared a few photos of himself and his companion, Nate, laughing. Only supportive comments were posted in the comments section beneath the images.

Both Daniels and Nate are highly innovative and skilled in their industries. Currently employed at UFacilitate as a facilitation coach, Nate is also a White House correspondent for POLITICO and a contributor to MSNBC.

Daniels worked as a political reporter for Newsy before joining POLITICO, where she covered the 2016 presidential primary, general election, and national politics. After finishing his summer internship at Northern Colorado 5, he began his profession.

Daniels intended to be a politician and a lawyer when he was younger, but after realizing that politics wasn’t his thing, he accidentally enrolled in a journalism class and quickly fell in love with it.

Early Life & Education with Daniels

The 12th of February is Daniels’ birthday each year. Jade Daniels and Maya Daniels, his sisters, also helped raise him.

Eugen Anthony Daniels Sr. and Leah Daniels are his parents. Eugene Jr.’s father, also known as LTC (R) E. Anthony Daniels, served in the U.S. Army, as evidenced by the numerous social media posts he has made.

Daniels earned a general study high school diploma from Shoemaker High School in 2007. He later enrolled at Colorado State University to study political science and journalism, and he graduated in 2012.
