Beginning in 1994 at Toronto’s The Fan 590 sports radio station. Then he worked as a TV and radio host, calling Toronto Raptors games. Later that year, he started covering the Blue Jays. He also freelanced for the London Free Press and the Toronto Star.
In 2003, Friedman joined CBC Sports as a Hokey Night Reporter. He used to work for Score Network. Longevity was Friedman’s at CBC He also hosted the CFL’s last two seasons.
