Dolph Ziggler’s diet plan includes working out on an empty stomach and then eating a large meal. Dolph follows a 70/30 diet plan because he does not believe in eating before working out. He’ll eat healthy 70% of the time and eat whatever he wants the other 30% of the time.

It works for Dolph because his workout burns a lot of calories, allowing him to indulge in that 30% unhealthy eating. Dolph enjoys lean meats such as chicken and turkey.
