Dr. David, a consultant for the outlet, revealed that Schwarzenegger’s ex-wife had injected filler and even botox into her nose, mouth, and eye area. The doctor also mentioned that she used laser resurfacing on a regular basis to get a smooth appearance. Despite the fact that Maria never confirmed the story, all indicators lead to cosmetic operations.
