Keith Urban’s music has gotten a lot of praise and attention over the years. However, the singer’s face has received a lot of attention in recent years, especially in light of the plastic surgery accusations that have surrounded him and his wife, Nicole Kidman.
Urban has been rumored to have undergone surgery since 2014, but they gained traction recently after he co-hosted this year’s Academy of Country Music Awards.

Keith Urban: Has He Had Plastic Surgery?
While reports of Urban’s plastic surgery have been around for a long time, the country singer has yet to remark on them. That hasn’t stopped people from voicing their ideas, and even professionals have spoken out on the subject.
Dr. Pancholi of Pancholi Cosmetic Treatment in Las Vegas, Nevada, gave his opinion on whether Urban had had any plastic surgery, according to The List. He speculated that the singer had received Botox injections.
Keith is likely to use Botox injections in his forehead and around his eyes to smooth out lines and wrinkles, as well as fillers in his brows, tear troughs, and jawline to smooth out age-related changes. Dr. Pancholi further noted that Urban appeared to have received “some form of skin tightening (radio frequency, laser skin resurfacing, or chemical peel) around his eyes to further smooth his face” in addition to Botox injections.

He went on to say that the reason people were criticizing Urban’s face was that his tear troughs had been given “a little bit too much filter,” making his eyes appear smaller than they are.
