Josh Brolin is most recognized for his portrayal of Llewelyn Moss in No Country For Old Men (2007).

Following that, he shifted his focus to more mainstream roles in his acting career. In 2018, he was cast as Marvel’s famous villain Thanos in the studio’s high-profile franchise film Avengers: Infinity War (2018).

Josh is married to Kathryn Boyd, an actress who was his two-year assistant. The two began dating in 2013 and became engaged in May 2015.
Finally, on 24th September 2016, the actor married his fiancee in a discreet wedding ceremony. The important occasion was held at North Carolina’s Chattanooga Club in the presence of their family and close friends.
The wedding guest list included family members of the wedded couple and celebrities such as Bradley Cooper and Matt Damon.
Josh and his partner eventually took the step toward motherhood with the birth of their daughter, Westlyn Reign Brolin.

Josh married actress Diane Lane for the second time. Their wedding took place on 15 August 2004 and the couple spent a decade together.

James Brolin (father) and the late Jane Agee are Josh’s parents (mother). The Sicario actor’s mother died in a vehicle accident on the eve of his 27th birthday. In February 2013, he opened up to Men’s Journal about the agonizing experience of his mother’s premature demise:
“For two years after that, I was lost and just spinning. Her love for me was hugely, hugely conditional, so it all comes down to that moment and me spending all my days trying to re-create that moment, putting myself in positions of self-destruction. I succumbed to that. And the truth is, although my mom being around was fantastic, after her death, I didn’t have to live up to that anymore. I was liberated. I matured.”
James, the artist’s father, is a Golden Globe-nominated actor and filmmaker. His cinematic credits include Goodbye America (1997), Traffic (2007), and Last Will and Testament (2009). (2007).
Molly Elizabeth Warren, Josh’s younger sister, is a producer. She worked as an assistant producer on the 2018 picture Royal Hearts and on Men In Black 3 as well (2012).
