David Charvet- Early Life
David Charvet was born on May 15, 1972, in Lyon, France, as David Franck Charvet. He will be 51 years old in 2023. Christiane Charvet Haddad (mother) and Paul Guez (father) are his parents (father).
His mother is a Sephardic Jew, and his father is a Frenchman. In addition, he is a well-known businessman who founded the Sasson jeans brand in the 1980s.

With his role of Matt Brody on the American TV show ‘Baywatch,’ David Charvet gained international acclaim. From 1992 to 1995, he played Matt for three seasons. From 1996 to 1998, he played Craig Field on Melrose Place. Between 1995 and 1999, he also appeared in a number of TV shows, including Derby, Angel Flight Down, Seduced and Betrayed, and Meet Prince Charming. He took a hiatus from acting in 1999 to concentrate on his music career.
Charvet returned to France and was signed to Universal Music Group for a five-album deal. David Charvet (1997), Leap of Faith (2002), and Se laisser quelque chose (all for Universal) are his three pop-rock studio albums (2004). Charvet sold over 2.5 million albums over his career.
Charvet toured widely throughout Europe and Asia as a musician, performing in front of sold-out crowds. Moreover, he has collaborated with famous songwriters such as Ty Lacy, Robbie Williams’ producer Steve Power, Bryan Adams, and Seal.
