Jeffrey presented his case and requested compensation once more in December 2015. The application for damages for violation of the oral nuptial-like cohabitation arrangement was again dismissed by the Judge. The Judge also imposed penalties on Jeffrey.

Richard Harold David Bromstad is David’s father, and Diane Marlys Bromstad is David’s mother. Dynelle Renee Bromstad, Dyonne Rachael Bromstad, and Dean Richard Bromstad are his siblings.
He was born on August 17, 1973, in Cokato, Minnesota, in the United States. His nationality is American and his ethnicity is mixed (Norwegian, Swedish, and German).
David attended Wayzata High School and later Ringling College of Art and Design in Sarasota, Florida, for his studies. He began working as a Disney illustrator after graduation.
