Bert Kreischer, a comedian, has embarked on a number of weight-loss challenges throughout the years. Though he has obtained amazing results most of the time, his drinking habits allow him to gain weight quickly.
Bert Kreischer and Nadav agreed to become diet accountability mates to lose weight in a recent episode of 2 Bears, 1 Cave. Kreischer also told Tom Segura why he wanted to put more effort into losing weight, stating that he was tired of being obese.
Kreischer said that he had outgrown his mouth due to his weight gain
My mouth had outgrown me. When I was younger, my mouth was enormous. Then I gained so much weight that it’s now this little [expletive] mouth. My ******* face is something I despise. Do you know how it feels to look at yourself in the mirror?
Kreischer established a goal for himself to lose 225 pounds by the end of his weight-loss journey. When he tried again to lose weight in October 2019, he weighed 229 pounds, which was the lowest he had been in recent years.
Kreischer and Nadav agreed to communicate and exchange images of their food with each other to guarantee that they stayed on track to lose weight. The couple will also practice intermittent fasting, eating all of their meals between the hours of 2 and 10 p.m.

Previous Weight Loss Challenges of Bert Kreischer
Kreischer isn’t trying to lose weight for the first time. In 2017, the comedian faced off against Segura in a competition to determine who could drop the most weight.
After Segura and his wife Christina Pazsitzky pointed out that Kreischer’s tummy resembled Gerard Depardieu’s, the challenge was born.
The couple’s followers then bombarded Kreischer’s Twitter account with questions about why he was so overweight. Kreischer and Segura eventually started their weight-loss challenge on the Joe Rogan Experience.
The loser of the challenge was responsible for paying for the winner’s trip to whatever location he desired. The loser has to shave their beard as well.
Ari Shaffir stepped in afterward to make the challenge more exciting. He agreed to pay for Kreischer’s and Segura’s trips if they improved their BMI from obese to overweight.
The couple completed the task, and Shaffir was responsible for both of their trips. In the end, Segura won the competition after shedding six pounds more than Kreischer.
Bert Kreischer’s Weight Loss Throughout His Life
Despite the fact that Kreischer lost a significant amount of weight during the challenge, he rapidly gained it back. It was also only one of the comedian’s many attempts to get in shape.
Kreischer was roughly 215 pounds when he was 40 years old, but after hosting the third season of Travel Channel’s Trip Flip, he gained a lot of weight. He weighed 240 pounds at the end of the show, and it rose even higher after he was hurt during a game of tag football.
