Christian Slater is the father of three children from his two marriages. He has two children from his first marriage to Ryan Haddon, the daughter of model Dayle Haddon. They are Jaden Christopher, who was born in 1999, and Eliana Sophia, who was born in 2001.

Slater and his second wife, Brittany Lopez, welcomed their third child in August 2019. The couple’s first child was a baby girl named Lena. The actor’s youngest child was born nearly two decades after his second child – 18 years to be exact.
In a June 2020 interview with People, the Heathers star discussed his newborn and how she was keeping the couple “extremely busy” during the coronavirus outbreak.
“Getting to witness my kid start crawling,” he said, was one of his fondest experiences. He and his wife, on the other hand, were waiting for the young one to utter “Mama” or “Dada.”
He also acknowledged spending time with his daughter on a regular basis in order to teach her how to pronounce “Dada.” He made sure she learned “Mama” in addition to “Dada” to keep things balanced and everyone happy. Meanwhile, Eliana, one of his other children, shared a home with the couple and her half-sister.
“I feel for everyone who is touched by this,” Slater told the publication, “but getting the chance to spend some time with family, spend time with my older daughter who has been with us before she goes off to college, [is amazing].”

Slater’s family has likely benefited much from the birth of his youngest child. The actor even revealed that she was one of his favorite kids during the prior conversation, characterizing her as “a lovely spirit.”
He went on to extol her virtues, stating, “It’s just remarkable. She keeps a constant smile on her face. It really does make a difference in your life. It’s a pleasure to be around her.” But that doesn’t mean he doesn’t admire his other children.
He also expressed his pride in his oldest daughter, Eliana, who was set to graduate from high school, during the conversation. She was apparently planning a Zoom party and a t-shirt with the words “Quarantine Graduate of 2020” that Slater had bought for her.

The actor also requested shared custody of his 4-year-old daughter and 6-year-old son in 2006. Slater married his longtime girlfriend, Lopez, in Florida in December 2013. After three years of dating, they took their first steps down the aisle.
The pair is now happily married and have a child together. Slater’s two children from a previous marriage are said to pay frequent visits to the couple.
