On 10 April 2016, two years after their engagement, the meteorologist and her fiance exchanged wedding vows. North Carolina hosted the wedding ceremony.

Chelsea’s early interest in journalism led her to pursue a career in broadcasting. During her college years, she worked as an operational meteorologist for the Vermont Department of Transportation. Her full-time job at Raleigh’s network WTVD-TV, where she worked as a broadcast meteorologist, began in 2010.
Later, she worked as a meteorologist at WFFF/WVNY in Burlington, Vermont, before moving on to WJZ-TV in Baltimore, Maryland. She left WJZ in 2017 to work for CBS KYW-TV.
She works for CBS as part of the station’s weekend morning news team. During the week, she is also a CBS 3 Mobile weather watcher in communities throughout the Philadelphia market. Chelsea earns an average salary of $73K as a meteorologist.

According to her bio, Chelsea Ingram was born in 1988. Every 10 October, she celebrates her 30th birthday. She has a younger brother named Terry. More information about her family, however, has yet to be revealed.
North Carolina State University awarded her a bachelor’s degree in Science and Meteorology. It wasn’t until later that the meteorologist enrolled at Lyndon State College in Vermont to study broadcasting.
Chelsea, who possesses a talented personality, was also crowned Miss Caledonia County, defeating ten other contestants from Vermont. She also competed in the Miss America 2013 pageant in Las Vegas. During her year as Miss Vermont, she traveled the country speaking with government officials, business leaders, community groups, and the general public about her platform’s issues and heart disease.
