Yeojun is a K-pop singer, idol, and member of the Together X Together group (TXT). Yeojun is the group’s main vocalist and one of the best singers.
Yeojun has a sizable fan base, with the ladies adoring his good looks. The man aspires to be as attractive and fit as he is. So, if you’re looking for the Yeojun workout routine and diet plan, keep reading.
Diet Plan of Yeojun
He and most TXT members explained that they eat a similar white meal in an interview with Harper’s Bazaar that Koreaboo covered. I’m glad it’s not a dangerous diet because I don’t have to hide it from you.
The following foods are included in the Yeojun diet:
Breakfast
Barbeque beef or pork, as well as kimchi fried rice or Omurice
Lunch
Unlike the other members who prefer snacking, Yeojun eats a more substantial meal than a take-out meal.
Snack
Yeojun doesn’t snack, but when he wants a drink, he orders an Iced Americano.
Dinner
They usually eat pizza with other members, but they can also eat other foods.

Workout Routine for Yeojun
He is unquestionably one of the best, as well as the band’s fittest member. He isn’t quite as fit as Taehyun from TXT, but he’s close. Yeojun enjoys working out and keeps himself occupied with whatever task is assigned to him. Yeojun is aware of how he represents the group and avoids saying hurtful things or giving bad advice to his fans.
That is why, when it comes to fitness, Yeojun remains silent, as he does not want others to harm themselves in the pursuit of a fit body. Many people believe that if they don’t eat anything or only eat one meal and exercise for two hours, they will lose weight quickly. TXT members are all against those diets and routines, so avoid them at all costs.
Returning to Yeojun’s workout routine, I discovered that he does workouts, such as dancing, and that he and other members go to training even on training days. However, they do not receive much personal training because the choreography is so difficult that they must practice two to three hours per day.
As you can imagine, Yeojun has a troll on his body, but he still exercises and stretches to keep his body in shape. So we’ll do that, and I’ll give you a routine to follow if you want to look like Yeojun. We’ll work out five days a week for three hours each day; I know it won’t be easy, but that’s how Yeojun works.
Yeojun’s workout consists of the following:
Stretching & Cardio by Yeojun
He and the other members do cardio as part of their dance routine. It lasts about two to three hours, with small breaks in between, which is insufficient to relax you.
To keep his body flexible and avoid injuries, Yeojun stretches for 10 to 15 minutes before and after his dance workout. As a result, don’t forget to stretch.
If you don’t want to dance, try a different workout such as running, Zumba, yoga, boxing, aerobics, gymnastics, biking, and so on. However, I believe that dancing will be the most effective and enjoyable way to get Yeojun in shape.
Basic Weight Training Workout
I’m aware that they have weight training exercises that you can do to achieve a lean and attractive physique. If you don’t want to go to the gym, you can do crunches, leg raises, push-ups, pull-ups, pike push-ups, plank hold, squats, lunges, and other exercises in this routine.
You can also do some weight training, such as upper body, lower body, and core exercises. To get the best results, do 5 to 6 exercises for each body part in a circuit routine. Circuit training is also more efficient and beneficial to your cardiovascular system.
