I did a lot of research on the diet plans of ENHYPEN group members. However, they were not on a strict diet; perhaps they were only allowed to eat junk food and foods from outside. They are whatever the production chooses for them in the training camp, which includes thinking about their nutrition and getting them in the best shape possible.
We all know that idols in K-pop are notorious for going on extreme diets just to make their debut, but that does not appear to be the case with ENHYPEN. They all like kimchi and other Korean foods, as well as soft drinks and sodas from time to time.
