Jules’ workout routine is a straightforward home workout that you can complete without difficulty. Jules does it three times a week on average, and once a week when she’s super busy with shows.
That was something she did when she was 14 years old in 2019, but her body has matured since then. So I’m sure she improved her workout routine and does something more to stay in shape. So I’ll show you a workout routine that will help you achieve Jules’ physique. We’ll work out five to six times per week, with some cardio thrown in for good measure.
