Workout Routine of Dominick Reyes

Dominick is one of the fighters you don’t want to go up against. He’s the kind of man you’d want to fight in the UFC. So, if you’re looking for Dominick’s workout program to get into the form he’s in, look no further. Keep in mind that Dominick has a long history of playing American Football up until his college years.

As a result, he is able to bulk out a little more and achieve the figure he desired. After that, he became serious about the UFC and began training to become a mixed martial arts fighter. So, when I tried to get some interviews about his routine, I couldn’t find any contemporary training patterns. No, the interview was conducted this year, so we can learn about his routine.

However, owing to Dominick’s Instagram account, I believe I have a few things covered that may be considered his routine. Dominick’s favorite pastime is boxing, but he has a hard time finding big people to practice with. Dominick spends a lot of time with punching bags and speed bags, as you can see in this photo.

Aside from that, he focuses on cardio workouts, and his cardio workouts mainly consist of HIIT training. It can include activities such as treadmill running or even air riding. Dominick also works out with a variety of weights to build muscle, but his program is not like that of a bodybuilder. It’s more about gaining upper-body strength and power.

Finally, he conducts a lot of MMA training in the MMA gym, where he does pad workouts, sparring, shadow training, core training, and other things. Whatever Dominick’s trainer must have concocted for him. So, I guess we can make a regimen out of all of these workouts to assist you achieve Dominick’s physique. We’ll workout six days a week, for a total of three to four hours every day.

Dominick Reyes’ workout consists of the following:

Cardio

We’ll keep the treadmill and cycle workouts in an HIIT plan for cardio. Concentrate mostly on sprints and avoid overworking yourself during your workout.

  • Treadmill for 15 minutes (30 seconds interval)
  • Air bike for ten minutes (30 seconds interval)
  • Jump rope for 5 to 10 minutes

MMA (Martial Arts)

After that, we’ll focus on a martial arts workout in which you’ll warm up, do a light pad workout, then go on to a strong pad workout, and so on. For better guidance, you should join a neighboring martial arts gym or dojo.

Weight Lifting

You’ll undertake an hour of weight training in the evening after both of these sessions. So, in the mornings, we’ll do cardio and MMA training, and in the evenings, we’ll do weight training. In this pattern, you will train a mixed routine:

  • Monday: Upper body
  • Tuesday: Strength training
  • Wednesday: Functional workout
  • Thursday: Lower body
  • Friday: Strength Training
  • Saturday: Compound movements with core workouts
