Yoga
Now, I recommend doing Yoga for 30 minutes every morning, and on Sunday, try to do it for an hour to relax your body. It will also ensure that your muscles do not become stiff as a result of the workout. As a result, starting your day with half an hour to an hour of Yoga is recommended.
