Baki Workout Routine: Get in Shape Like The New Netflix Anime Mixed Martial Arts Stud: Baki is a character from the anime/manga series “Baki The Grappler.” In 2018, Netflix remade the series and released two seasons of Baki.

Baki is known for his physical appearance and is one of the Martial Artists on a mission to assassinate his father, who holds the title of World’s Most Important Martial Artist. So, if you’re interested in the Baki workout routine, keep reading.

Routine for Baki Workout

Baki is a character known for his physical appearance and structure; you may remember him from the Baki the Grappler series. On Netflix, however, there is a new series that is more of a remake. Baki is depicted as a monster who resembles Arnold Schwarzenegger and fights like Bruce Lee. Baki is such an important martial artist in the world, and I can’t imagine a more important martial artist in the world than him.

Without his super Saiyan abilities, he could be on par with Goku. Baki has been depicted as a cold-blooded killer who fights without emotion and has only one goal in life. Baki intends to assassinate his father, who is regarded as the world’s strongest man and the best martial artist alive. Now, back to our original question: how does Baki train his body? What are Baki’s daily activities?

Well, when it comes to physical fitness, I don’t think we’ll be able to achieve it. Because Baki is an anime, some of the events depicted are only heard in myths. He has superhuman strength, for example, and his reflexes are so quick that even a bullet can’t hurt him. He can also fix and heal so quickly that it almost looks like regeneration. It is, however, possible to have a body like Baki’s, but keep in mind that it will not be easy.

I can give you a body workout that includes six days of training per week, with at least three hours to four hours of exercise per day. Weight training, strength training, and combat training will all be part of the workout. We’ll split the routine into two parts because if you don’t give your body enough rest, it will destroy your body.

Routine in the Morning

We’ll add two simple routines to the morning routine: one will be cardio, and the other will be weight training.

Cardio

You can do any cardio exercises you want, but Baki has been seen running to train with his father in the series. That’s why I recommend that you run for six days and try to switch up your running routines in this pattern:

  • Day 1, 3, and 5: Run for 30-45 minutes at a moderate pace.
  • Day 2, 4, and 6: 10 to 20 minutes of short-distance/high-pace running

Weight Training with Baki

To achieve an appearance similar to Baki’s, I recommend focusing on training in supersets and including exercises that an average bodybuilder would avoid. Of course, emulating Baki’s appearance and movement will be difficult. We can, however, make an attempt:
