Her parents discovered her medical condition only a few months after she was born. They were saddened to learn that she had been diagnosed with ‘Diamond–Blackfan Anemia,’ a rare bone-marrow condition that prevents the body from producing enough red blood cells, affecting the availability of oxygen in the body. Her parents, on the other hand, were not surprised.
She was born prematurely, and her heart had some holes in it. The number of blood cells was extremely low. Doctors were prescribing at the time because they suspected there would be no significant blood transplant.
Unfortunately, her body did not respond strongly to the transfusion. Her blood cell count did not improve, and the life-threatening disease was discovered two months later, with blood transfusions prescribed on a regular basis for the rest of her life following the medical evaluation.
The doctors proposed a special steroid called prednisolone, which gave her parents a glimmer of hope. It was a glimmer of hope. The chemical is used in the production of blood cells.
Although her cell production rate is lower than usual, her body responded strongly to the steroid. A high dose of the steroid is toxic to the body, exacerbating the situation. As a result, doctors have recommended long-term transfusions of sperm for this steroid.
